Our mission is to provide quality yoga classes and workshops as well as a supportive community to assist students in cultivating physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Our space is located in the heart of downtown Hartsville, SC upstairs in Black Creek Arts. We welcome all levels of yoga practitioners, from novice to experienced; we have something to offer everyone. The most challenging part of practicing yoga is just showing up!

  4. We encourage you to bring your own props (yoga mat, blocks, ect), but we have some available for use. They must be disinfected after each use.

CLASS DESCRIPTION:

Fun Funky Flow

Got a case of the Mondays and all you want to do is have fun? This flow style yoga class will link breath with mindful movement all set to a fun and funky playlist. Expect good company, some deep breathing, and maybe a few laughs. Practitioners are encouraged to find their own edge and work at their own pace. Lots of options and modification will be given. Not intended for absolute beginners or those who are recovering from illness or injury.

Yoga Basics

A slower-paced, alignment-based yoga class geared toward a beginner student, but suitable for intermediate students who want to refine their yoga practice. Classic yoga poses will be presented with emphasis on correct alignment and precise actions in the body. All levels, especially beginners, welcomed.

Yoga for Anxiety

Anxiety is a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease, typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome. This yoga class is designed to alleviate symptoms of anxiety with traditional yoga techniques and modern evidence-based practices. Postures, breathing, and guided meditation are included. Not intended to replace proper medical and/or psychiatric care. Perfect for beginners.

Yoga for Everybody
This all-levels flow class is accessible for everybody regardless of ability or background.  Linking breath with fluid movement, this class is perfect for stretching and strengthening the body as well as releasing stress and tension. A variety of modifications will be offered for all-levels of practitioners. Beginner‘s welcomed with open arms! Lots of props will be used.

Yoga with The Martell’s

Join Jamie and Dustin Martell for their monthly master class about refining yoga postures, digging into philosophical and psychological concepts, and general shenanigans on the yoga mat. They will provide a space for learning and growing as a yoga practitioner as well as cultivate community connection. Show up for the learning and stay to see what comes out of Dustin’s mouth.
