Mindfulness Meditation Retreat with Cara Roberts

In this immersive daylong retreat we will explore the practice of mindfulness meditation and the benefits it can bring to our daily lives. Discussion, talks, and practice will be woven throughout the day along with journaling breaks and a mindful lunch. This course is open to everyone - whether you are new to meditation or have an established practice that you are looking to refresh or deepen. ABOUT THE TEACHER:

Over the past 7 years, mindfulness meditation has transformed my life in subtle and profound ways. Reaping the benefits of this practice and learning from amazing teachers has inspired me to share it with others. I have recently completed my first year of a two-year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training Program with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach and have entered into my practicum year, which involves offering courses in my community.
