A survey with a purpose

South Carolina Arts Commission invites you to take part in the planning process as they update their strategic plan.

Six in-person focus groups will take place from April to August. The focus groups are free and open to all; however, we ask you to register in advance to help us plan for the number of attendees.

Every few years, the South Carolina Arts Commission uses Canvass of the People to gather statewide information about interest around arts and culture in our state. We use that information to launch a forward-thinking and robust strategic plan.

Canvass data collected in 2024 will be used to inform updates to the 2025 SCAC strategic plan and to further its mission to promote equitable access to the arts and support the cultivation of creativity in South Carolina.

As we explore using regional arts hubs to expand access to our services across the state, we ask that you please complete this survey to provide your input!
