Have you ever asked yourself the question, "Who am I?" or "What is the meaning and purpose of my life?" If so, you have already opened the door to realizing your best life. If not, maybe you are seeking answers to life's simpler (but challenging) questions, such as "How do I improve my relationship with myself and others?" or "What do I want to be when I grow up?" The list goes on... The main point is: if you are asking questions, you are seeking answers! This is the gateway of perception, the beginning of a journey inward.
Kosha Life Coaching is a program of self-inquiry that utilizes various healing methodologies in order to tap into your highest purpose, incorporating the personal, interpersonal and transpersonal realms. Based in yoga psychology and philosophy, this program takes a multifaceted approach and addresses the physical, energetic, mental, intellectual, and spiritual layers of being—called Koshas. Much like a Russian doll or an onion, we will peel back the layers and begin to reveal what is within. By investigating from the outside in through the layers of being, you will learn to live life from the inside out.
Healing methodologies include, but not be limited to: education, movement, breathing techniques, meditation, group work/process, archetype and personality assessment, chakra healing, psychodynamic theory and practices, essential oils, diet/nutrition, and much more. Each session will be tailored to meet the specific needs of the students, creating a person-centered approach.
This is an eight-week group program that consisted of weekly group sessions, a Facebook support group, homework assignments, and required readings with an option of twice weekly yoga classes. At the end of the program, you will have a follow-up private session to review all that you learned and uncovered, and how to incorporate this information into your everyday life.
*CEU's available for Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT).
**No prior yoga experience required.

● Week 1 (6/2): Introduction - "Who am I?”
● Week 2 (6/9): Education - What are Koshas?
● Week 3 (6/16): Physical - Movement, Diet, & Lifestyle
● Week 4 (6/30): Energetic - Breathing Techniques & Chakra Work
● Week 5 (7/7): Mental/Emotional - Self-Inquiry & Therapeutic Techniques
● Week 6 (7/14): Intellectual/Wisdom - Meditation
● Week 7 (7/21): Spirit/Bliss - Mantra & Spiritual Practices
● Week 8 (7/28): Capstone Experience
● Beyond: 1 follow-up private session
Yoga Track Option:
● Monday's: 5:30pm - Philosophy Flow (OR 7pm - Basics)
● Wednesday's: 5:30pm - Yoga for Anxiety
Light on Life: The Yoga Journey to Wholeness, Inner Peace, and Ultimate Freedom by B.K.S. Iyengar
