We will learn the basics of how to build a strong and responsive immune system, food and herbs to support proper health, and what we can create to keep on hand.

Cost: $425 includes instruction, handouts, and lunch
All reservations are first come first serve; you may be put on a wait list if desired. Workshop fees must be paid in full and submitted by August 24, 2019.

Gentle Chair Yoga is chance for seniors, those with injuries, or anyone who is interested to slow down their lives by connecting to their breath and moving in a way that nourishes the body.

Our Sacred Space Yoga is a sanctuary for self-exploration, healing, lightheartedness, and community. Our mission is to provide quality yoga classes and workshops as well as a supportive environment to assist students in cultivating physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Our space is located in the heart of downtown Hartsville, SC, 2nd floor of Black Creek Arts Center. We welcome all levels of yoga practitioners, from novice to experienced; we have something to offer everyone. The most challenging part of practicing yoga is just showing up!
