Black Creek Arts Council invites you to Plein Air Arts Day on June 14th, 2025, during the Downtown Farmers Market. This immersive experience fosters a deep appreciation for art in its natural setting, bringing together artists, nature lovers, and the community for a morning of inspiration and connection. Saturday, June 14th

Location: Hartsville Farmers Market, Cargill Way

  • Please park in the public parking lots

8:30 am - Artists check in at the white Black Creek Arts tent.

  • What to bring: painting supplies of your choice, portable easel, chair.

9:00 am-12:30 pm- Set up and create!

12:30 pm-1:00 pm - Art showcase and discussion

For the safety of all, the competition will be canceled in the event of rain or inclement weather. No rain date is scheduled.

Release of Intellectual Property
By participating in the Plein Air Art Day, the artist allows the use of images of himself/herself and his/her artwork to be included during and after the event, including, but not limited to, sponsor websites, print media, and social media outlets.
