Food as Medicine - Immune Health With Marty Ingram, ND

$75.00

Do you want to optimize your immune response so that you are more resilient during cold & flu season?

Many of our clients battled with severe respiratory infections 4-5 times a year until we helped them improve their foundational and immune health. We will teach you how the immune system works, focusing on how to strengthen your body’s defenses to help keep the bad bugs at bay. We will also demonstrate some useful hydrotherapy techniques and discuss how to support your body if you do get an upper respiratory infection. Along the way we will make and taste different immune supportive recipes, and you will craft your own herbal syrup to take home.

Saturday, November 15th

9:00 am – 12:00 pm

Investment:

$75

Includes handouts, food, and a project to take home.

“I love Dr. Marty’s classes! She is knowledgeable about natural medicine, approachable, and best of all, I am able to take what I learned in her workshop and use it in my own kitchen. I can’t wait for her next workshop!” (Jasna S.)
