A slower paced, alignment based yoga class geared toward a beginner student, but suitable for intermediate students who want to refine their yoga practice. Classic yoga poses will be presented with emphasis on correct alignment and precise actions in the body. All levels welcomed.

Escape the hustle of your day, and find calm amidst the chaos with this flow designed to cultivate tranquility of mind. Combining the long-held passive poses of Yin with the dynamic flow of Vinyasa, the class begins with an invigorating flow to connect breath with mindful movements and ends with passive, restorative poses to create flexibility, mindfulness, and softness in the body. This class is perfect for anyone seeking to reset and relax after a long day. All levels welcomed.
Get ready to sweat, breathe, and have fun with this heart pumping, muscle building yoga class! Classic yoga poses will be presented in a fun sequence intermingled with strength building drills and exercises. Suitable for athletic students and anyone who enjoys breaking a good sweat.
Start your morning with gentle stretches and fluid movements with a strong focus on mindfulness and self-exploration. Perfect for the student who lives a busy, stressful life and wants to reach a state of deep relaxation. All levels, especially beginners, welcomed.
Hot Power Flow:
With its roots in Ashtanga, Hot Power Flow combines the basics of yoga with the energetic freedom of pose variations. Find your inner power and peace through linking the body with the breath in strength-based movements to create a dynamic flow, while detoxifying and toning the body. This class will work the core, build flexibility, and increase endurance. Previous yoga experience is encouraged, but not required.
Yoga isn't just for adults! This fun, interactive class will help in teaching kids applicable yoga philosophy within the modalities of music, storytelling, fun movement, and arts and crafts. Having children involved in the practice of yoga is incredibly beneficial! The benefits include, but are not limited to, developing body awareness, managing stress and anger, building confidence and improving upon concentration and positive self-image. For kids aged 4-10.
Explore the mind-body-spirit connection in this class that blends yoga postures, meditation, and mindfulness techniques. Cultivate personal growth and learn to integrate yoga practices into life off the mat. All levels welcomed.

Yoga for Anxiety
Anxiety is a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease, typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome. This gentle yoga class is designed to alleviate symptoms of anxiety and teach stress management techniques to manage daily struggles. Postures, breathing, and guided meditation included. Not intended to replace proper medical and/or psychiatric care.
Yoga for EveryBody
Yoga for EveryBody is to live a confident life – one in which our true nature of clarity, happiness and peace is cultivated, so that we may experience the challenges of our human lives with an open-hearted ease. We invite our entire community to discover their own self confidence through positive self talk, caring yoga instruction, and an empowering teacher. Drawing from Yin and Vinyasa flows, we create a well balanced class. Yin helps find release in our connective tissues and helps remove deep blockages with our internal energy flow, while the Vinyasa is a more rhythmic, flowing repetition of movements that require strength and balance. No matter your experience, flexibility, age, size, shape, athletic ability.... there is a yoga for you. Yoga is truly for EveryBody.
Workshop - Alignment Principals
If you’re new to yoga, or you’ve been practicing for years, this is the class for you! Maybe you’re interested in yoga, but don’t know where to start-start with the most basic topic possible...alignment! If you’ve been practicing for years, but still can’t touch your toes, maybe it’s your alignment. Either way, come find out how to start & deepen your time on the mat-even if you missed the first workshop round, we will have a brief summary.
Workshop - Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga poses will calm and reset your entire body and mind to prepare you for ultimate relaxation in Corpse Pose.
A restorative yoga sequence typically involves only five or six poses, supported by props that allow you to completely relax and rest. Held for 5 minutes or more, restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends. Most restorative practices are based on the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar.
