Get ready to sweat, breathe, and have fun with this heart pumping, muscle building yoga class! Classic yoga poses will be presented in a fun sequence intermingled with strength building drills and exercises. Suitable for athletic students and anyone who enjoys breaking a good sweat.
Slow down and exhale in a gentle sequence of movements after work to relieve stress, reduce tension in the body and gain awareness of the mind. Gentle Flow encourages the ‘always on the go’ person to surrender into the moment and anchor oneself to the here and now. All levels, especially beginners are welcome.
Start your morning with gentle stretches and fluid movements with a strong focus on mindfulness and self-exploration. Perfect for the student who lives a busy, stressful life and wants to reach a state of deep relaxation. All-levels welcomed.
A fusion of conversation, meditation, breathing techniques, music and simple yoga postures empowering you to find peace both inside and outside of the yoga studio. Safe and supportive environment free of judgment in which we can all work together to become more peaceful and loving in our day-to-day lives. This is an all levels class which will appeal to anyone who desires fulfillment in life.
With its roots in Ashtanga, Power Flow combines the basics of yoga with the energetic freedom of pose variations. Find your inner power and peace through linking the body with the breath in strength-based movements to create a dynamic flow, while detoxifying and toning the body. This class will work the core, build flexibility, and increase endurance. Previous yoga experience is encouraged, but not required.
Let go and move to the rhythm of your own breath! Linking breath with mindful movement, this class will firmly ground you in the present moment in order to allow you to connect with your True Self. Movement, breathing and meditation. All-Levels welcomed.
