Class Description:
A slower paced, alignment based yoga class geared toward a beginner student, but suitable for
intermediate students who want to refine their yoga practice. Classic yoga poses will be
presented with emphasis on correct alignment and precise actions in the body. All-Levels

Get ready to sweat, breathe, and have fun with this heart pumping, muscle building yoga class!
Classic yoga poses with be presented in a fun sequence intermingled with strength building
drills and exercises. Suitable for athletic students and anyone who enjoys breaking a good

Let go and move to the rhythm of your own breath! Linking breath with mindful movement, this
class will firmly ground you in the present moment in order to allow you to connect with the
sangha, or community. Partner work will be included in each class as well as breathing
techniques and meditation.

Start your morning with gentle stretches and fluid movements with a strong focus on
mindfulness and self-exploration. Perfect for the student who lives a busy, stressful life and
wants to reach a state of deep relaxation. All-levels welcomed.

Power Flow:
With its roots in Ashtanga, Power Flow combines the basics of yoga with the energetic freedom of pose variations. Find your inner power and peace through linking the body with the breath in strength-based movements to create a dynamic flow, while detoxifying and toning the body.
This class will work the core, build flexibility, and increase endurance. Previous yoga experience
is encouraged, but not required.

Gentle Flow:
Slow down and exhale in a gentle sequence of movements after work to relieve stress, reduce
tension in the body and gain awareness of the mind. Gentle Flow encourages the ‘always on the
go’ person to surrender into the moment and anchor oneself to the here and now. All levels,
especially beginners are welcome.
