The Art of Culinary and Medicinal Vinegar With Marty Ingram, ND

$35.00

Vinegar is an important element in cuisines around the world, and it is also a wonderful alcohol-free solvent to extract, preserve, and enjoy the aromatic and medicinal properties of herbs. In this class you will learn how to create flavored vinegars for different intended uses. Recipes guidelines will be provided for immune support, mineral/bone support, and of course my specialty mocktail mixers! In this culinary adventure we will also be using raw local honey, which has been paired with vinegar since ancient times for the delightful sweet sour tang. You will get to meet the individual herbs, sample a variety of my apple cider vinegar concoctions, and then craft your own perfect blend to take home. This is food as medicine you will look forward to using as part of your daily life!
