At Our Sacred Space Yoga, we do more than practice yoga—we help you feel stronger, calmer, and more connected in your body and life. Located upstairs at Black Creek Arts in downtown Hartsville, our studio is a welcoming space where anyone can show up exactly as they are and leave feeling more balanced, energized, and present.

We believe the hardest part is simply showing up—and once you do, everything else begins to shift.

Yoga here is accessible, grounded, and transformative. Whether you’re just starting out, looking for a mindful way to move, or ready to challenge your body with dynamic flow, we have classes designed for every stage of your journey. No prior experience or special background needed—just a willingness to breathe, move, and explore.

CLASS DESCRIPTION

Align + Flow

A seasonally and energetically attuned flow designed to help you regulate, reset, and move with life’s rhythm. Breath links with purposeful movement, creating strength, balance, and clarity. Options are always offered.

Not for absolute beginners. • 75 minutes

Chair Yoga

Build strength, mobility, and ease using the support of a chair. Props and modifications make this accessible for every body.

For every body. • 60 minutes

Deep Stretch

A calming class with gentle floor postures, longer holds, and soothing breathwork. Perfect for stress release and restoring your body.

Beginner friendly. • 60 minutes

First Friday Flow

First Fridays: 4/2, 5/1

An uplifting class to shake off the week with thoughtful sequences, energizing music, and mindful movement.

For students with some yoga experience. • 60 minutes

Foundations of Yoga

A slower-paced, alignment-focused class perfect for beginners or anyone refining their practice. Mindful movement, clear guidance, and an accessible approach to foundational poses.

Beginner friendly. • 60 minutes

Mindful Flow

Gentle vinyasa flow emphasizing breath, presence, and fluid transitions. Calm, grounding, and unhurried to help you feel centered and refreshed.

All levels. • 60 minutes

Monthly Workshops

Rotating Teachers: 4/11, 5/9

Dive deeper into mindful living, embodiment, seasonal rituals, and yoga philosophy with immersive, hands-on sessions.

All levels. • 2.5 hours

Sacred Flow

Second Thursdays: 4/9, 5/14, 6/11

Ritual-infused, soulful flow blending postures, breathwork, meditation, and yoga philosophy. Curated playlists and a deeply present atmosphere create a transformative experience.

Some yoga experience recommended. • 90 minutes

Casey Hancock

Nerd by birth; chemist by training. Self-employed IT Consultant by trade. So, yeah, nerd.

Other interests include food, wine, technology, animals, design, and wine. I grew up in Hartsville, SC, and went to Clemson University for college. Eventually, I returned to Hartsville to work and live.
