Note:
Because this is an active gallery, artwork remains on display during rentals.

Rental proceeds help support Black Creek Arts Council’s arts education and community programs throughout Darlington County.

  • Rental Fee: $500 for up to 8 hours of use
    Additional Time: $100 per hour

    Reservation Deposit: $100 (non-refundable, applied to total)
    Security Deposit: $150 (refundable within 7 business days if no damages or violations occur)

    Custodial Fee: $50 required for all rentals

    Final Payment: Due 7 days prior to event

    • Tables and chairs (variety of sizes)

    • Gallery/event space access

    • Wi-Fi

    • Optional add-ons available upon request (projector, screen, microphone, sound system)

    • Outside food and catering are allowed

    • Alcohol is permitted under the following conditions:

      • If alcohol is served but not sold, no permit is required

      • If alcohol is sold, the Lessee must obtain all required permits from the South Carolina Department of Revenue (ABL)

      • Alcohol must be served responsibly at all times

      • BCAC reserves the right to end the event if unsafe conditions arise

  • Ideal for gatherings of:

    • 75–100 seated guests

    • 100–150 guests for standing receptions or cocktail-style events

    Final guest capacity depends on event layout and current gallery exhibitions.
